Krungsri Auto Broker, an insurance broker under Ayudhya Capital Auto Lease PCL, a subsidiary of Krungsri Auto, reinforces its digital insurance broker leadership with the launch of the personal accident insurance advisory and sales service on the GO Application by Krungsri Auto. In response to the InsurTech and cashless trends, the chat-based intelligent assistant “KANA” promises to deliver convenience and speed by providing a comparison on protection and premium and directly sending policies to customers’ emails, with no requirement on additional document submission.
